I am a Rochester, NY native!  Moved here in 1998!  LOVE THE WEATHER :)  I sell Real Estate with my father, Marcel Fournier and we work together as the Clark Team!  We work great together as a team because we both bring unique backgrounds and knowledge to the table when working with our clients.  We sell everything!  Single Family, Condos, Town homes, manufactured homes on their own land, vacant land, commercial properties & businesses!  The variety keeps this business exciting!  The excitement keeps us both motivated!  We work in the Greater Daytona Beach area... this includes:  Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill, Ponce Inlet, Wilbur by the Sea, Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond Beach, Ormond by the Sea & Holly Hill. 

Why should you move to our area!  Lets start with the weather.... I haven't had to wear my snow boots since I moved here :)  We do have our seasons but it is usally always comfortable from wearing a jacket in the winter to wonderful ocean & river breezes in the heat of the summer.  Next there is our community seasons... as I like to call them.  Come February... we know its February and the end of winter because of the Daytona 500 rolling in to town.  Followed by Bike Week & Spring Break!  Soon it is summer!  The race fans are back in July... our bike fans return for Biketoberfest in October!  The Turkey Run signals the Christmas shopping season for me!  So we do have our seasons - special to Daytona Beach!

You will love boating on the Halifax or Tomoka Rivers!  Surfing and surf fishing in the beautiful Atlantic ocean!  With a variety of public boat launch areas and miles of beach parking... its easy to enjoy the water in Greater Daytona!
